Open House........

I love Open House.....the kids are so excited to show us all of their hard work.

6th grade is starting to work on their country reports. This board is the first part of many to come. Claire is SO excited to have Armenia.

John is loving 4th grade. They build a mission out of sugar cubes. They can name it anything they want.........welcome to "Mission Impossible" !!!!! They will do a written report on an actual California mission in the next month or so.

I cleaned my scraproom, top to bottom, and then messed it up again...SCRAPPING !!!!!!! I cannot tell you how happy this made me. I have MISSED it so much.

This is the cover of the mini book I made. It was from our Yosemite camping trip this October. The cover is chipboard and the cut up sleeves from a coffee thing, I sewed on. I also stamped the date on it from one of the passport stamps they have available at the museum.
There are 5 pages, front to back in the album.

The back cover is another sleeve.

The finished book put together, with twine and an acorn charm from the stickers I put onto chipboard.

A Christmas concert......

Nothing like a Christmas concert to get you in the holiday spirit !!! We went to Trans Siberian Orcherstra last night. It was GREAT !!!! LOVED the music and the lights were incredible !!!!!

A new baby cousin........

Sweet baby Gillian. She is 2 weeks old here. So FUN to love on and new baby :) This was so cute. Jerry and Rosalyn bought this Santa display for the front yard, but left in inside so Giana (Gillian's big sister) could see it first. She LOVED it. She kept talking to him and waving hello at him. Her and Claire wrote him a letter too and laid it by him.
