He got the hat he has been wanting........FUN !! The birthday boys.....LOVE that John and my Dad share this special day :) His only grandson too :)

FINALLY......a Nintendo DS !!!!!!!!!!!!

John has wanted a skimboard for several summers now. I found this cool set...a skimboard, special slip and slide and a dvd on cool tricks. Santa Cruz and Avila here we come !!!! he practiced for HOURS yesterday.....and had theeee best time !!!!!!

Our annual parade...... Had a sweet crowd this year. Lots of new babies in our neighborhood....FUN !!!!!

The music....haha !!!! An older couple at the end of the block usually brings their wagon with a boombox and a patriotic cd. Well, they couldn't make this year. John drove my car, playing the music. What a riot, but it worked GREAT. The nice thing was that we all stayed together. The kids usually lap us 2 or 3 times on their bikes, so this year it was truly a parade....all being together for our 2 laps around the block, so we were behind my car with the music.
