Happy 1st day of school !!!!!!!!!!

WOW....I have a 4th grader and a 2nd grader !!!!!!!!! Claire has Ms. Morris and John has Ms. Ostdiek.......FUN year !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Claire had Ms. Ostdiek when she was in 2nd grade and she is so fun !!!! She is getting married in October. John and I are THRILLED to be invited to her wedding ;)

Ta-Da !!!!!!!!!! They made this goodie, along with many others, with no directions....scary yes, but loads of fun !!!!!

Camping..........

We had a great time !!! We went to Bodie....an old mining ghost town....WAY COOL !!!!!! The 2nd picture...our hike. It was to Bennettville....also an old mining area. We climbed almost 900 ft to 10,000 ft. The views were spectacular. Ellery Lake is just BEAUTIFUL !!!!!! The sweet deer...we had them in our campground every morning and evening. The Nature trail was cool too :)

Avila Beach.......

What an amazing time we had.......

35* cooler temps from home (amazing that is only 2 1/2 hours away from us), my girlfriends, lots of kids having fun, tidepools at Moonstone beach (way cool) and John getting the knack of sandboarding.......

Fun at "Funderland".......

We headed to Sacramento today to play with the cousins. So fun !!! We ate pizza, played at their house and then headed to Funderland to ride horses and rides.
